Cosmetic: EX+ --> there're a few tiny scratches on the lens barrel.  The front lens cap has some dings on it.

Optics: NO fungus, NO haze, there's a small scratch (around 1-2mm in size) and a few smaller coating marks on the front lens element but these will not affect photo quality.
