Cosmetic: MINT- --> there're a few small and light marks on the camera body.

Optics: NO fungus, there's haze on the inside of rear lens element and a few light scratches inside the lens.  This will have some affect on photo quality such as when shooting under bright light.

Functional/Mechanical Issue: The shutter works, the meter though isn't accurate.  There're some element separation inside the viewfinder but doesn't really have much affect on viewing.
